pretty and nice - john (austin,tx)

I had the pleasure of seeing Pretty and Nice at a house party in Austin a few weeks ago and was blown away.  I left with some fun pictures and their brand new debut full-length album that goes back n' forth from Ex-Models punk to the Wonders in That Thing You Do.  It is fantastic.

Since the songs are so versatile, the record requires multiple listens and as a result become very engraved in the brain.  This band is as twee at times as they are dance punk.  Sounds interesting right? It is.

They hail from Vermont and have been playing shows heavily all around the North East.   Please check out and support Pretty and Nice via Myspace here
